Conditions: The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and the invoice. Products are subject to inspection before approving the return or exchange request. Products made or customized upon the customer's request (special tailoring or specific customization) are not accepted for return or exchange, except in cases of: - Clear manufacturing defect. - Or a mismatch in specifications contrary to what was agreed upon. Shipping costs: - If the reason for the return is due to an error from the store or a manufacturing defect, the foundation bears all return costs. - If the order is based on the customer's desire without any error or defect in the product, the customer bears the initial shipping fee and the return fee. If the return is at the customer's request, only the product value will be refunded; shipping fees are not included. Refund process: The amount will be refunded within 3 to 7 working days, via the same payment method used.
